Every element at SHŌRI has been carefully chosen. Our crockery comes from Kappabashi, our bar echoes Tokyo’s izakayas, and our playlists blend Japanese city pop with smooth jazz. Drinks channel Shibuya’s street culture—Strong Zeros, Chūhais, and more. Even our house tea, Maruyama Sencha from Kyoto, is hand-selected. No detail is overlooked.

We use only the finest sushi rice for perfect texture and balance, complemented by the best ikura roe and fresh unagi. Our onsen egg? Refined through countless experiments. Even our Japanese potato salad has been meticulously crafted for the perfect bite.

But some ingredients deserve the spotlight. Our A5 Wagyu Don—featuring the highest-grade wagyu, rich, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth—is the pinnacle of indulgence.
